Spencer: When I saw Clay's face on that promo, it was like living the nightmare all over again.
Ashley: I mean, I still think about my dad all the time.
Spencer: So it never gets easier?
Ashley: No, it does. And you're gonna have your good days, but you will have your bad days.
Spencer: Why is life so hard?
Ashley: It's why I just usually run away from it. [Spencer hears a fire alarm in the background]
Spencer: Is that a fire alarm?
Ashley: No, it's my computer. This publicist keeps emailing me about this fashion charity event, Ego.
Spencer: Ego?
Ashley: Yeah, LA's hot club for the next 15 minutes. Do you wanna go with me?
Spencer: Fashion and clubbing? Not really my scene.
Ashley: Mine either. But we can go and make fun of everybody. It'll cheer you up, it'll cheer both of us up.
Spencer: Tomorrow is a school night.
Ashley: Right, school. Well, maybe another time.
Spencer: Yeah, maybe. I'll talk to you later.
Ashley: Bye.

Spencer: So, I guess this whole 'let's talk to each other before bed' thing isn't going to work unless we go to bed at the same time. I hope you're having fun and um, call me, even if it's late. Bye.
