I got into South Of Nowhere in June and loved Ashley and Spencer after having watched the pilot. The idea of a site had gotten stuck in my head but since none of my friends were also watching the show and I really wanted a co-web at first, I decided to not open one for the time being.

But when season 2 rolled around I just had to start working on a site since Spashley deserved one. I officially opened the site on October 7th, 2006 then.

The domain name is from the song Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol and was bought at Dreamhost on September 25th, 2006.
